Service scope
BookAIStudio provides software, workflow tools, voice automation features, and related onboarding or support services. Some features may rely on third-party providers for telephony, AI, hosting, payments, analytics, or communications.
Accounts and workspace ownership
Customers must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. The person or company that creates or pays for a workspace is responsible for the actions of authorized users, invited teammates, connected vendors, and configured integrations inside that workspace.
Acceptable use
The service may be used only for lawful business purposes. Customers must not use BookAIStudio for fraud, unlawful robocalling, harassment, deceptive outreach, privacy violations, or other abusive conduct. Additional limits are described in the Fair Usage Policy.
Billing and commercial terms
Public pricing, custom proposals, invoices, and order forms may each define fees that apply to a specific customer relationship. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, charges are due when billed and are subject to the Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
BookAIStudio, the website, software, design elements, and original product content remain the property of BrightSpan Holdings LLC or its licensors. Customers keep their rights in their own prompts, uploaded content, workflow logic, and business data, subject to the permissions they grant to operate the service.
Availability, warranties, and liability limits
The platform is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, BrightSpan Holdings LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected service during the 12 months before the claim arose, unless the law forbids that limit.
