Lawful business use only
BookAIStudio may be used only for lawful business communication. Customers must have the right to contact the people they reach, the right to use the phone numbers they connect, and the right to process any data or recordings included in their workflows.
- No fraud, impersonation, phishing, harassment, or deceptive sales behavior.
- No unlawful robocalling, spoofing, or traffic intended to bypass telecom, privacy, or consumer protection rules.
- No use of purchased or scraped data where consent, notice, or legal basis is missing.
Consent, disclosures, and recording notice
Customers are responsible for the notices required in their region and industry. If calls are recorded, summarized, or transcribed, the customer must provide any consent or disclosure the law requires before that processing begins.
Customers are also responsible for honoring opt-out requests, internal do-not-call lists, and industry rules that apply to healthcare, insurance, legal, finance, or similar regulated services.
No spam, traffic pumping, or abusive automation
The platform may not be used to generate artificial traffic, flood hotlines, send repetitive unwanted outreach, or build systems designed to mislead a caller into thinking they are speaking with a human when a disclosure is required.
- No traffic spikes created to stress the platform or a downstream carrier.
- No repeated dial loops to the same contact without a valid business reason.
- No workflows that collect payment cards, health data, or identity records unless the customer has properly secured and disclosed that collection.
Reasonable platform capacity
Plan minutes, concurrency, storage, and fair usage limits are designed for normal business operations. If traffic patterns create unusual strain or indicate misuse, BookAIStudio may rate-limit, queue, or temporarily suspend the related workflow while the issue is reviewed.
Enforcement and response
If we detect activity that appears unsafe, unlawful, or clearly outside fair usage, we may investigate, request corrective action, suspend a workspace, remove connected numbers, or terminate service. Serious abuse may also be reported to carriers, vendors, or authorities when required.
