Subscription and usage charges
Unless a law or written agreement says otherwise, recurring subscription fees and usage-based charges are non-refundable once the billing period has started or the related usage has been consumed.
One-time setup, onboarding, and custom build work
Implementation, migration, custom scripting, prompt design, integration, or onboarding fees are refundable only if work has not started. Once delivery begins, those fees become non-refundable because staff time and technical capacity have already been committed.
Service credits
BookAIStudio may choose to issue service credits instead of cash refunds when there is a verified duplicate charge, a clear billing mistake, or a material service failure within our control. Credits have no cash value unless the law requires otherwise.
Cancellation timing
Customers can cancel future renewal charges by ending the service before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing but does not reverse charges already paid for the current period unless a separate written agreement says it will.
Billing disputes
Customers should report billing questions promptly to admin@booaistudio.com with enough detail for review. Filing a chargeback without first giving us a reasonable chance to review the issue may affect account status and eligibility for future service.
