Eligibility and program access
Partner status is available only after approval by BookAIStudio. Approval may depend on technical fit, service quality, compliance history, and the partner's ability to support customers responsibly.
Program participation is not exclusive unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
Customer approval and authority
Partners may configure customer systems only when the customer has clearly authorized that work. The partner is responsible for collecting correct business details, routing logic, phone permissions, consent settings, and integration credentials before launch.
Partner delivery duties
- Set up workflows in a lawful and accurate way.
- Do not promise features, discounts, compliance certifications, or support levels that BookAIStudio has not approved in writing.
- Provide first-line customer support when the engagement says the partner owns implementation or training.
- Keep customer credentials and connection details secure.
Brand use and public claims
Partners may identify themselves as a BookAIStudio integration partner only while their approval remains active. They may not copy the site, reuse protected product assets outside the approved program scope, or imply they own or control the BookAIStudio platform.
Commercial terms and payouts
Referral commissions, reseller margins, implementation fees, or revenue share arrangements apply only if they are stated in a separate written schedule or order. Payouts may be delayed, adjusted, or withheld when a customer has not paid, requests a chargeback, or was sourced through prohibited conduct.
Termination
BookAIStudio may suspend or end partner status if a partner misrepresents the service, mishandles customer data, violates law, creates reputational risk, or fails to meet support standards. Sections on confidentiality, fees already owed, liability limits, and intellectual property survive termination.
