Eligibility
Referral payouts are available only to people or companies specifically approved by BookAIStudio. Approval may be revoked at any time if conduct creates legal, fraud, brand, or payment risk.
What counts as a qualified referral
A referral is qualified only if the new customer is not already in our pipeline, is accurately attributed to the referrer, completes onboarding, and makes valid paid purchases under a live account.
When payouts are earned
Payout timing, amount, and method depend on a separate written schedule or offer. Unless that schedule says otherwise, payouts are earned only after the customer's payment has cleared and the refund or chargeback window has reasonably passed.
Restrictions
- No self-referrals or referrals between entities under common control unless approved in writing.
- No misleading ads, fake discounts, coupon abuse, trademark bidding without permission, or false claims about compliance or features.
- No referral payouts on fraudulent, refunded, disputed, or non-collected revenue.
Program changes and termination
We may update, pause, or end a referral program at any time. Approved payouts already earned before the change will still be handled under the rules that applied when those payouts were earned, unless fraud or breach is involved.
