Retention
We keep applicant records only for as long as needed to complete the hiring process, satisfy recordkeeping duties, handle disputes, or consider a person for future roles if the applicant has agreed to that follow-up.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
Applicants may request access to their information, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or request deletion where applicable by emailing admin@booaistudio.com. We may request enough information to verify the request before acting on it.
